I received this pan promptly from Amazon for a ridiculously low price, so I was a little skeptical about it. I normally cook with All Clad LTD, I have for the past twelve years. Fantastic stuff the BEST! However this pan is totally equal in all ways. It's VERY heavy, alternate hands as you use it for the exercise, you will have strong arms. It is very even heat, the non-stick surface is very durable. Use a little olive oil and butter when you are searing your nice thick Pork Chops..purfect. Other than this is a big pan in all ways, just make sure you have a place to keep it. You will not regret it!!!! Best Kept culinary secret and bargain on Amazon!
