I agree with previous reviews that these are of great quality, especially for the price and free shipping. I have always been one to buy what I could find on the rather inexpensive side at local superstores. These *do* only cost a few dollars more per piece, and are worth that little extra investment. I had purchased a cookie sheet and cake pan from WalMart last summer--one of those already met the trash can. These have a substantial weight to them, but not so much that it makes them difficult to move about, wash, etc. Upon lifting one up, you can "feel the quality". As someone else has mentioned - I've had the kind that warped as well, so I know what those "feel" like.
My grandmother, who was a cook extraordinaire for many years, was even impressed with them when I showed her. I've only used them for a few weeks, so I will be sure to update in the future. I *can* tell you that food just glides off so easily, when serving, and when cleaning. I have not tried to wash them in the dishwasher, however, and can't report on that. Once again, I'm glad I "listened" to reviewers on Amazon - always helps me out!
