Customer Review: perfect roaster pan

I wasn't sure what I was getting, but I couldn't have asked for a better roaster. It is large enough to accomodate a large turkey or whole sirloin roast, and consequently, it takes up the whole oven. Likewise, I did have a hard time getting it into my small cupboard, but it does the job perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone wanting the perfect roast. It cleans up like a dream. Nothing sticks. It did develop some dark spots on the bottom but these don't seem to effect the performance or cleanup. Get one!
