I cook a lot and these two pans have to be among the best I have ever used. Stainless steel bottom for protection with a copper insert to moderate the heat. Very nice feature is that the rivets which hold the handle on are covered with non-stick coating for easy clean-up. Two pans, 8" and 10" for under $50 is a great deal in my opinion.Customer Review: Induction cookware

I was looking for cookware that will work on an induction cooktop and had been having trouble finding them. This said that it works on induction, so I purchased the 2 frying pans to check them out.I have only used them a couple of times (waiting for our house to be completed) but plan to buy the set. I like the weight and the way they look. I can't say how good they will hold up with everyday use,but am anxious to find out.
