After nearly six months I am ready to write a review of this product. The skillet was so light that in the beginning I feared it could not possibly cook as well as my old one. Was I wrong! It cooks evenly, cleans easily (the screws that have bothered some have not troubled me)and does not break an arm to its weight. I consider it a complete success and heartily recommend it.
