Bought this set after much research. Have had them for over a year. These are great, easy to keep sharp, balanced and nice grips. Probably not professional enough for someone seriously into the culinary arts but we do our fair share of really nice meals as well as large portion picnics and parties and these are great. Plus, they are guaranteed for life! T-
