Customer Review: Wonderful pan for a single serving

This is a great pan, I've had it for over a year now. I use it every day for eggs for myself. You can easily scramble 3 eggs in it, or use it to saute onions, mushrooms, etc.... To keep food from sticking to the pan, especially when cooking eggs, make sure you add oil/butter and then let the pan heat up for a minute or two before adding the food. Then to clean, soak for a short time and it's quite easy to scrub out. It cooks really well, heats evenly and I've never burned anything in it yet. Plus it's so much healthier to use than the non-stick pans. I love the pan so much I just bought two more! If you need a small frying pan, it's great. Highly recommended!
