We have a gas cooktop and this griddle is the best we have ever had. The heat is evenly distributed with no "hot" spots like an electric griddle. Bacon, pancakes are cooked perfectly. I bought a second one for larger crowds it worked so well. Easy to clean and the handles do not get hot.

Hard anodized aluminum is one of the best heat conductors around when it comes to cookware. It also heats evenly, so food cooks at a steady pace, wherever it's location in the pot or pan. Dupont Autograph 2 has been restaurant tested by professional chefs and has been found to surpass standard non-stick coatings both in performance and durability. This cookware is coated inside and out with Autograph 2 which makes cooking without added fat very easy, and which also makes cleaning up a snap. The handles are comfortable and securely riveted. You'll be able to cook a big family breakfast, or grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch on this griddle which spreads out across two burners to maximize cooking surface.
