I was looking for an inexpensive single-burner non-stick griddle and this is it! I am single and love to cook, but cooking for one can sometimes be a challenge.
This griddle makes it so easy for bacon and eggs, hot cakes, etc. I have a cheap electric stove and the griddle will not sit flat on the burner, but the heat gets transferred well enough so I don't have to move the griddle around too much to get the eggs to cook evenly. It hasn't warped or flaked in the short time I have had it and I consider it to be a quality purchase and will recommend it to friends.
