This well made pan is excellent for spatter free frying and general use. It is non-stick, has a glass lid and cleans up easily. I bought several for my own use and several as gifts. At $18.88, it is easily one of the best deals on Amazon. However, I would recommend repacking it if you are giving it as a gift because the Anolon box says that it is a free gift for purchasing $200 worth of Anolon cookware. Definitely a great pan for everyday use and at this price, it is worth buying several.Customer Review: A great piece of cookware!

I have been cooking for 35 years and this is the best pan I've ever had. I love the size, shape and weight of it. The non stick finish is wonderful and cleans like a dream. I love the see-through glass lid and the heavy duty side handles. I use it for everything from frying hamburgers to making soup. Be sure to use nylon utensils so not to damage the non stick finish.Customer Review: Fabulous!

We've had this pan for several months now. We love it. I've even decided that I like the smaller handles on the sides as opposed to a large, one handed,...er, handle. The non-stick coating is working perfectly. The directions say that as long as you keep the heat no higher than medium, the coating will last.
