I have used many brands of nonstick pans over the years and have found Anolon to be one of the best. I have several of these pans and love them. As with any pan, you must care for them properly. I found that seasoning them with oil occasionally keeps the nonstick in prefect condition.
I use this pan for various dishes, large and small. I even use it as a frying pan if I use a lot of oil so the oil does not splatter all over the stove. I have had my Anolon pots and pans for years and they are still in excellent condition and work the same now as when they were new.
