I have had this piece for 5 years and love it. Perfect size and weight. As long as you use either wooden or nylon utensils and handwash, don't worry about the interior finish wearing off. It gets regular use and sure, there are a few scratches inside, but nothing sticks and I cook A LOT. Highly recommend this.
